Redskins quarterback race still tight as team breaks from Richmond

After three weeks, the Washington Redskins wrapped up their Richmond portion of training camp and will now head to Ashburn as they prepare for the final three preseason games. In the meantime, coach Jay Gruden is still no closer to deciding a starting quarterback.

Redskins fans react to Sonny Jurgensen’s surprise retirement

After former Redskins quarterback Sonny Jurgensen announced his retirement from broadcasting prior to Thursday's preseason game against the Cleveland Browns, it didn't take long for people to congratulate the Hall of Famer on a successful career.

Dwayne Haskins excited for preseason debut

Columbus, Ohio, is roughly 144 miles to Cleveland, or approximately a two-hour-and-11-minute trip. That's just short enough to where rabid Ohio State fans will make the trek up I-71 to see their former record-setting quarterback make his NFL preseason debut.

Colt McCoy no longer overlooked in Redskins quarterback battle

Landon Collins already making presence felt with Redskins

When the 25-year-old arrived in Ashburn in March, Collins understood the expectations of his new situation. The Redskins needed leadership, and Collins was willing to provide it -- to the point where he wanted to wear the late Sean Taylor's "No. 21." He knew the burden it would come with, telling reporters he welcomed the pressure.

Case Keenum, Dwayne Haskins overcoming limited reps

Through training camp, Keenum has split playing time with Colt McCoy and rookie Dwayne Haskins -- making it difficult for each quarterback to establish a rhythm in practice. Keenum will get a series of throws before another signal-caller replaces him.
