Tim Murtaugh is a Washington Times columnist and the Vice President for Communication Strategy at National Public Affairs, a full-service political consulting firm. He is a veteran of many state, federal, and national political campaigns, including as communications director for the Trump 2020 presidential campaign. A former Visiting Fellow at The Heritage Foundation, he began his career as a reporter in Virginia.
