Iran deal — and then there were none

President Donald Trump has taken yet another campaign promise and turned it to reality and pulled America from the detestable Iran nuclear deal. Thank goodness. This Barack Obama-forged piece of madness was -- well, nothing but madness. Who cuts deals with Satan and calls it a good thing, a win-win?

AI in the newsroom — a mixed blessing of fact vs. compassion

There could very well come a time when journalists -- who've never made it to the top of favorability polls with the people, anyway -- may be phased out, replaced by robotic reporters. Not today. But someday. One day. It's already in the works. And it's a mixed-bag blessing, at best.

Barack Obama told a crowd in San Diego gathered at the Association for Talent Development Conference that "like, facts are really useful" to sound decision-making. Agreed, Mr. Ex-President. Like, facts are really useful. Michelle Obama, the former first lady who seems to have appointed herself the spokesperson for the fairer gender, has taken to criticizing her fellow women for voting for Donald Trump for president in 2016. She's "concerned" about women. She's wondering "what is going on in our heads." Well, she needn't be. In fact, better yet, she ought to just go away. And take that trail of condescension, too.

Illinois ‘sanctuary’ counties buck state on gun control

Several counties in Illinois have taken gun control matters into their own hands and told the state, in essence, sorry -- you're not stripping us of our Second Amendment rights. And thus the showdown begins. But honestly, the state has no constitutional leg in this fight.

North Korea and South Korea put to paper a formal intent to officially end the Korean War. And they did that in a historic sit-down that saw dictator Kim Jong-un actually cross into South Korea -- actually cross the infamous DMZ and set foot in enemy land. And none of that would've happened if President Donald Trump hadn't stood strong against the angry rhetoric of Kim and pressed on for nuclear talks.
