Judge orders Trump to fully pay food stamps

A federal judge on Thursday ordered the Trump administration to pay out the full food stamp benefit this month, rejecting the government's claim that it only has the money to pay out only part of the benefits amid the government shutdown.

Judge rips up feds’ subpoena to transgender treatment clinic

A federal judge has quashed a subpoena the Trump Justice Department issued to QueerDoc, a firm that specializes in telemedicine for transgender individuals, saying the administration was attempting to "intimidate and coerce" the firm to stop offering its services.
