Labor force participation rate lowest in five decades

The 14.7% unemployment figure released last week was bad enough, but even worse news was tucked inside the Labor Department's report: The labor force participation rate tumbled to 60.2%, the lowest rate since 1973, when women were joining en masse.

Homeland Security has reported its first case of COVID-19 tourism after capturing an illegal immigrant from Mexico who suspected he had the disease and jumped the border hoping to get treatment from American doctors.

ICE detainee dies from COVID-19: Report
