Bears’ struggling offense provides chance for Redskins’ defense to find footing

In theory, Trubisky is coming to town at exactly the right time for the Redskins. But if the Redskins are eager to play Trubisky, they aren't showing it.

Case Keenum trying to get eyes in ‘right place’ after missing receivers

On a pivotal third down in Sunday's loss to the Cowboys, the Redskins quarterback threw a quick pass that was incomplete -- but failed to notice Richardson uncovered deep in the middle of the field. The play would have been a touchdown if completed, something Keenum knew. "I totally missed him," Keenum said after the game.

Daniel Jones era gets underway with Dwayne Haskins still waiting

With Jones set to start Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Duke product will become the third rookie quarterback to start under center in 2019 -- joining Arizona's Kyler Murray and Jacksonville's Gardner Minshew. Haskins, though, will continue to have to wait his turn.
