Justice Department: AG William Barr has no plans to resign

Attorney General William P. Barr does not intend to resign from his position, despite reports that he considered quitting because of President Trump's tweets about the Justice Department, a department spokesperson said late Tuesday.

Roger Stone launches second bid for new trial

Roger Stone has launched a new bid to get a second trial likely based on allegations of bias against his jury's forewoman, according to an updated trial docket late Friday.
