Cold makes a comeback: 60 percent chance of snow expected Wednesday

So much for spring-like temperatures. This week will see a return to colder weather, and it's only going to get colder as the days go by. There is a 60 percent chance of a snow-rain mix expected to hit the Northern Virginia-Washington, D.C., region on Wednesday, forecasters say.

265 Anne Frank books vandalized in Toyko libraries

Two-hundred and sixty-five copies of the "Diary of a Young Girl," written by Anne Frank during her hideaway Holocaust years, have been vandalized in Tokyo libraries in the last few weeks.
