Pollsters got it wrong again

Pundits claimed Republicans would lose between five and 15 seats in the House. It appears they've picked up a few. And because final results will not be known until states count mail-in votes and end their extended vote-counting processes, Republicans could pick up a few more.

Congress must stop spending and reduce the debt now

The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office reports the American government will soon reach a debt level equaling its entire gross domestic product. It will be the largest since 1945, the year World War II ended.
