DOJ looks to widen Russian internet troll case

The Department of Justice said Tuesday that federal prosecutors intend to expand their case against Concord Management and Consulting LLC., the parent company of the Russian "troll farm" accused of interfering in the 2016 U.S. elections.

Eileen Filler-Corn nominated to be first woman speaker in Va. House history

Delegate Eileen Filler-Corn made history Saturday, becoming the first woman ever nominated to serve as speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates, the lower house of the commonwealth's 400-year-old legislative body. A formal vote of the whole House will happen in January when the new General Assembly convenes.
