Judge orders feds to give asylum seekers chance to make bail

A federal judge on Friday ordered the federal government to either quickly bring asylum seekers to a judge to argue for bail or else release the migrants outright, in a ruling that deals another blow to President Trump's attempts to crack down on the border crisis.

Nancy Pelosi files lawsuit to block Trump border wall

House Democrats officially filed their lawsuit Friday afternoon challenging President Trump's plans to shift money to build his border wall, demanding federal judges step in and referee between the two sides.

Trump says Mexico on the hook for border success

President Trump took to Twitter Friday to explain his new plan for tackling illegal immigration, saying either Mexico finds a way to stop the illegal cross-border traffic or else it will face economic consequences.

GOP goes ‘nuclear’ to speed Trump nominees through Senate
