Myles Garrett reinstated by NFL after helmet-swinging incident

The NFL reinstated Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett on Wednesday. Garrett was suspended indefinitely after Week 11 of the 2019 season after taking Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph's helmet and swinging it at his head.
