Robert Ours' two days of terror on the streets of El Paso County ended at this spot on Bradley Road, east of Marksheffel Road in Colorado Springs, Colo., Nov. 21, 2017, when he crashed head-on into Eillicott Middle School principal Diane Garduno while trying to pass another vehicle. Ours, 21, and Garduno, 48, died from the crash. Even though Ours, 21, raced unchecked across El Paso County over the course of those two days, law enforcement has done little to change the way they handle reckless driving complaints.
