Nick Novak is the director of marketing and communications at Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin. Prior to joining ABC of Wisconsin, Novak was director of communications at the John K. MacIver Institute for Public Policy, a free-market think-tank based in Madison, Wisconsin. Previously, he served on multiple state and federal political campaigns and in Gov. Scott Walker’s administration. Novak has been featured multiple times on Fox News and other national media outlets. NOVAK: States are right to reject federal Medicaid expansion

The U.S. Supreme Court delivered a major blow to the Obama administration when it decided the federal government could not force states to expand their Medicaid programs. Luckily for taxpayers, quite a few states decided they did not want to expand the program.
