Former Pistons general manager to join Wizards as adviser

The Washington Wizards are still making front-office moves just two days before the NBA draft. The rebuilding team has hired former Detroit Pistons general manager Troy Weaver as a senior adviser, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported.
