Ted Cruz: Leave same-sex marriage up to the states

The Virginia House of Delegates passed a bill on Tuesday designed to require the state's attorney general or a designee to represent the commonwealth in cases challenging the state's laws or the state Constitution, a little more than a year after Attorney General Mark R.
