Democrats, congratulations: 212 arrested at Brett Kavanaugh hearings

In three days, Capitol Hill police have arrested more than 200 protesters at the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearings. Democrats, congratulations are in order. Who else but a leftist could turn such a somber, historic and esteemed occasion as a Supreme Court nominee's hearing into a vaudeville circus act, in so short a time span?

Facebook, Twitter go to Senate for yet another useless grilling

With all eyes turned toward Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court hearing, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey are nonetheless hitting Capitol Hill to face a grilling from senators over conservative censorship. But don't look for any resolution. These hearings make for good media. That's about all.

John McCain’s death opens door on Obamacare repeal

Republicans in the Senate say John McCain's death has opened a door for a new Obamacare repeal vote, and are pressing Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey to appoint someone who swings that way. Better yet: Appoint someone who doesn't do like McCain and profess, right around election time, to hate Obamacare and promise its repeal and then, right around winning election time, vote to keep it intact.
