Dune: Part Three is an upcoming epic space opera film directed by Denis Villeneuve, who co-wrote the screenplay with Brian K. Vaughan. Based on the 1969 novel Dune Messiah by Frank Herbert, it is the sequel to Dune: Part Two (2024) and the third film in Villeneuve's Dune franchise.
