Feds announce bust in $30 million pandemic unemployment fraud

Federal prosecutors announced charges Wednesday against eight people in Georgia they say filed more than 5,000 bogus applications for pandemic unemployment benefits, stealing more than $30 million in money intended for the downtrodden.
