Larry Hogan orders hiring freeze in Maryland

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan on Friday ordered all Maryland agencies to immediately implement a hiring and spending freeze, with exceptions for coronavirus-related expenses and payroll.

Flags across the District to fly at half staff

Federal court appoints investigators for D.C. Jail

Virginia governor reschedules primary elections

Wharf fish market closed by D.C. government
