Andrea Tantaros former Fox News personality, turns down lawsuit-settlement offer: Report

Andrea Tantaros' attorney confirmed to Variety magazine that the former Fox News personality has rejected a settlement offer from the cable-news network. Her attorney, Judd Burstein, said in a statement that Ms. Tantaros rejects the offer "in exchange for her eternal silence" and that she'll fight to "provide for the cleaning up of Fox News."

Lin-Manuel Miranda, ‘Hamilton’ creator, to host ‘Saturday Night Live’

Lin-Manuel Miranda, the playwright who created the Broadway smash hit "Hamilton," has been tapped as the guest host for the Oct. 8 episode of NBC's "Saturday Night Live," Variety reported Wednesday. In a separate interview with the magazine, Mr. Miranda said he wasn't yet ready to dive into a movie adaptation of his Tony Award-winning play.

Disney discontinues sale of controversial ‘Moana’ costume: Report

Bowing to criticism from detractors who decried the outfit as an instant of insensitive "cultural appropriation," Disney has removed a Halloween costume representing Maui, a Polynesian demigod. The costume was licensed apparel tied into the release of the animated motion picture "Moana," which hits theaters on Nov. 23.
