Breach of prison contractor compromises 70M phone records, conversations

A security breach has allowed for more than 70 million phone records concerning the calls made by prisoners to become compromised, and the data suggests that thousands of legally-protected conversations between inmates and attorneys may have been unlawfully recorded.

Class-action suits target Experian over T-Mobile breach

Experian is facing an undisclosed number of class-action lawsuits as a result of the security breach that allowed hackers to compromise the personal information of 15 million T-Mobile applicants, the credit firm said this week.
