Special Event on June 24 — IndoPac 2026 | Naval Dominance: Shipbuilding, Autonomy & C2

The Washington Times' Threat Status invites you to IndoPac 2026 | Naval Dominance: Shipbuilding, Autonomy & C2

Threat Status will convene leaders from the U.S. military, Congress, the Trump administration, think tanks and the defense industrial base for a special event on Wednesday, June 24, examining the future of U.S. maritime power in the Indo-Pacific as competition with China intensifies. Sign up here to reserve a spot at the event, which will be held at the U.S. Navy Memorial Visitor Center in Washington.

Building on President Trump’s “Golden Fleet” initiative, the event will explore the relevance of a more distributed, hybrid naval force that integrates crewed and uncrewed platforms across maritime and space domains. Discussions will also focus on modernizing U.S. shipbuilding and scaling the industrial base, accelerating autonomy and artificial intelligence-enabled systems, and building next-generation command and control.

Leaders also will assess the growing role of space-based capabilities in ISR, communications and targeting to enable integrated, multi-domain operations. Invited and confirmed speakers include Republican Sens. Todd Young and Deb Fischer, Rep. Pat Harrigan, U.S. Navy Rear Adm. (Ret). Mark Montgomery and Hudson Institute China Center Director Miles Yu. Event partners include Leonardo DRS, Hanwha Defense, Govini, Obviant and Purdue University.
