FILE - In this March 7, 2019, file photo, Tennessee offensive coordinator Jim Chaney walks on the field during practice in Knoxville, Tenn. The Vols are paying the former Georgia offensive coordinator $1.5 million this season to boost an attack that ranked last in the Southeastern Conference in yards per game each of the last two years.
