In this pool photo of a sketch by courtroom artist Janet Hamlin and reviewed by the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. federal agent Stephen McClain (far right), with the Criminal Investigative Task Force of the Department of Defense, testifies about his 2007 interrogation of detainee Mustafa al-Hawsawi, seen at left wearing a neck brace, during the pretrial hearings at the Guantanamo Bay U.S. Naval Base in Cuba on Aug. 19, 2013.
