Elkhart County Prosecutor Curtis Hill addresses the media at his office in Elkhart, Ind. Thursday, March 27, 2014. Hill announced the killing of alleged gunman Sean Bair by Elkhart Police officers Jason Tripp and Cody Skipper was justified and that the officers would not face any charges. Hill says he won't convene a grand jury to review the actions of Tripp and Skipper. They shot the gunman who was threatening to shoot the store manager when they arrived. Hill also says the coroner was unable to determine whether Shawn Bair died from a shot to the heart by police or a self-induced head wound since they occurred nearly simultaneously.
