The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP; ) was founded on 16 May 2026 by Abhijeet Dipke, a political communications strategist. It emerged in response to remarks by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant on 15 May 2026, in which he referred to certain activists and unemployed youth as "cockroaches".
