**FILE** In this undated photo, footage captured by a camera mounted on the helmet of a Royal Marine during a patrol in Afghanistan in which an insurgent was murdered in September 2011. A Royal Marine, known as Marine A, was convicted Nov. 8, 2013, by a court martial board of that murder partly on the evidence inadvertently recorded by another soldier only identified as Soldier B.
