Pilot rescued as U.S. F-15 crashes off Japan

The pilot of a U.S. Air Force F-15 fighter jet was ejected and rescued after crashing off the coast of Okinawa, an island to the south of Japan, on Tuesday morning.

Teen lesbian love story takes top prize at Cannes

A French love story about two lesbians snagged the top honor at Cannes Film Festival on Sunday, sparking the event's director to suggest the tens of thousands rallying against gay marriage in Paris to go view it.
