LISTEN: Remembering Antonin Scalia

Podcast

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia — sadly — is ten years gone. But he will be remembered as one of the most influential justices to sit on the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as one of the most important Americans of the last century, according to the author of a new book on the justice.

“Scalia himself was such a lively and funny person,” said James Rosen, chief Washington correspondent for Newsmax and the author of “Scalia: Supreme Court Years 1986-2001.”

But his influence on the court is legendary, he said.

"Antonin Scalia is one of the most important Americans in the last 100 years … because of his philosophy that he brought to the business of being a judge," Rosen said.
