NBC “Today” show host Savannah Guthrie renewed her plea for the public’s help in finding her missing mom, now nine months after the family matriarch was the victim of a suspected kidnapping from her Arizona home.
Ms. Guthrie shared her message Sunday in a social media post, which featured an old drawing from her daughter that says she “needs her mommy.”
“The world goes on, things appear ‘normal’ — as we try to keep going and be strong, especially for our young kids — but it’s not and it never will be,” Ms. Guthrie said on social media.

“For Annie and Tommy, for Cam and Kristine, for Mike and me and for all of mom’s beloved grandchildren: we ache for her, we cry out for answers, we cannot move forward. We need someone to help us, tell us what you know. Our mom was a light in this world. We want to celebrate her and give her the dignity she deserves,” she said.
Ms. Guthrie said the reward for finding Nancy Guthrie, 84, is still available.
Nancy Guthrie was reported missing Feb. 1 after she missed a virtual church service at a friend’s house.
Home surveillance footage captured a masked suspect tampering with her doorbell camera the night she was allegedly forced from her Tucson home.
Ranson notes from unidentified abductora have demanded seven-figure cryptocurrency payments in exchange for providing information about Nancy Guthrie’s whereabouts.
