Alan Jackson’s farewell concert on June 29 will be broadcast later as an NBC/Peacock special “Alan Jackson: The Last Show.”
The final concert at Nissan Stadium, dubbed “Last Call: One More for the Road — The Finale,” is already sold out.
The special will take place in Nashville, and Sam Wrench is directing it. Mr. Wrench is best known for the 2023 Taylor Swift Eras Tour film, as well as other concert specials for artists like Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish and Brandi Carlile.
After the show premieres on NBC in late 2026, the special will be available to stream on Peacock the following day.
Mr. Jackson, 67, a Country Music Hall of Fame member, revealed in 2021 that he has been living with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a degenerative nerve condition affecting the extremities that can interfere with walking.
Mr. Jackson became popular in country music in the 1990s and 2000s, earning 17 CMA Awards, 22 ACM Awards, and 26 Billboard No. 1 hits throughout his career.
