Early access to President Trump’s Truths goes live — for a price.

The paid service from Trump Media & Technology Group launched Saturday, saying it provides premium access for the “highest-ranking Truth Social users,” including the president.

Wall Street traders willing to pay up to $100,000 a month can access the Truth application programming interface to monitor the sometimes economically consequential posts from the world’s most powerful man.

This is designed to give firms “a direct, licensed, real-time feed of the platform’s most market-moving Truths while advancing our strategy to monetize proprietary assets through a high-margin, recurring revenue stream,” Kevin McGurn, interim CEO of Trump Media & Technology Group, said in a statement ahead of the launch.

Such an offering would allow high-frequency traders tiny time advantages that could generate massive profits.

“Markets already move on Truth Social posts,” Mr. McGurn said.

Customers have started signing up, the media company reported.

Companies can sign three-year contracts at a $60,000-per-month discount, implying that Trump Media may expect Mr. Trump’s market-moving relevance to fade once he is out of office.

The president was not explicitly named in the announcement, but he remains the operator of the platform’s largest account, where he posts market-moving economic policy announcements, political attacks on opponents and commentary on global affairs.

The Trump family is the largest shareholder in Trump Media, the public company that operates Truth Social.

Trump Media pushed back against critics for mischaracterizing the service “out of ideological opposition to free markets or a failure to grasp the distinction between public and nonpublic information — or, quite possibly, both.”

Democratic lawmakers said the arrangement was criminal and undermined everyday investors.

“He doesn’t care anymore. It’s just nonstop, in-your-face corruption,” said Sen. Christopher Murphy, Connecticut Democrat. “The latest? If you pay Trump $100,000 a month, he will give you advance White House announcements on economic and trade policy. An insider trading subscription service. People will go to jail for this.”

Rep. Jamie Raskin, Maryland Democrat and the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, launched an investigation into the API.

Earlier, Democratic Sens. Adam B. Schiff of California and Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts urged the Securities and Exchange Commission to investigate potential violations.

“This appears to be an outrageous abuse of the President’s office for his personal benefit that undermines everyday investors and the integrity of our markets, while enriching Wall Street and other wealthy insiders,” they wrote in a July 28 letter to SEC Chair Paul Atkins, a Trump appointee.

Sen. Mark R. Warner, Virginia Democrat, raised objections in a letter to representatives of the financial services industry, including leaders of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, Managed Funds Association and American Bankers Association.

“This arrangement presents a serious risk to market integrity, creates a clear and unacceptable pathway for corruption, and undermines public confidence in the fair dissemination of market-moving government information — a crucial factor in maintaining stable and trustworthy financial markets,” he said.

He urged traders to be “wary not only of the existence of this form of Truth API, but also of the fact that Truth API is a service.” He said the financial services industry should make it clear that the member firms “will have no part in this arrangement, because ’no company should help the president convert official government acts into personal profit.’”

Mr. Trump’s posts have already been proven to move markets.

Mr. Trump’s April 2025 “GREAT TIME TO BUY” Truth Social post appeared hours before he announced a 90-day pause on many tariffs, sending stock indexes sharply higher.

His posts about the Iran war have swung oil prices.

He also moved individual stocks, with shares of U.S. Steel jumping after he touted a foreign investment in the company and Intel’s shares rising after he announced its partnership with Apple.

The latest service move could be a massive revenue generator for Trump Media.

Stock in the Truth Social parent has plunged 75% since Mr. Trump took office, as the company continues to report hundreds of millions of dollars in losses, meaning even a handful of subscribers would meaningfully boost revenue.
