ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) - Seven passengers suffered minor injuries when a transit bus was involved in a crash in Florida.

The Florida Highway Patrol says a Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority bus was lawfully stopped on Tuesday morning as passengers were boarding. A man driving a sports utility vehicle didn’t see the bus stopped and crashed into it.

The report says seven passengers were taken to a hospital for treatment.

The SUV’s driver was cited for careless driving.
