HOLLY HILL, S.C. (AP) - The administrator in Orangeburg County says a new development with 100 homes shows Charleston’s growth is heading in that direction.

Administrator Harold Young said a developer bought land in Holly Hill for the homes.

Young told The Times and Democrat of Orangeburg that the developer wants to build single-family homes, but has not determined how big they will be or how much they will sell for.
