BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Bismarck police have arrested a man on possible terrorizing charges after he was accused of pointing a rifle at his neighbors.

Officers were called to a mobile home park Wednesday about 7 p.m. Authorities say one of the neighbors disarmed the man who went back inside his residence. Police set up a perimeter around the home. The SWAT team responded with four tactical vehicles and the bomb squad.

The man was eventually arrested.
