RADNOR, Pa. (AP) - Authorities say a man armed with a rifle shot and killed a woman with whom he shared custody of a child inside a Philadelphia-area convenience store.
The shooting at the store in Radnor occurred shortly before 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Authorities say the man entered the store and appeared to target 37-year-old Stephanie Miller. They say he then shot her at least twice before leaving the store and driving away.

Police found the man in the vehicle about three hours later in a Thornbury Township park about 15 miles (24 kilometers) away from the scene. They say the rifle used was also in the car.
Authorities arrested 34-year-old Brian Kennedy, of Devon, on homicide, first-degree murder and other charges. Court records do not list an attorney’s name who could comment on his behalf.
