BRYAN, Ohio (AP) - A sheriff’s deputy in Ohio is accused of lying about a fatal shooting involving another officer.

A grand jury indicted Williams County sheriff’s deputy Mick Frisbie on a perjury charge this week.

A special prosecutor says the indictment is related to Frisbie’s conflicting testimony about the shooting death of an armed man by a village police chief.
