Burned body identified in Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Police have identified the man whose burned body was found in the basement of his Fargo home.

Authorities say the body of 61-year-old Ronald Gant was found by his roommate who had returned home from vacation Feb. 22. Police say Gant has been severely burned by a fire that was confined to the basement.

The cause of the fire and Gant’s death are still under investigation.
