LEWISTON, Maine (AP) - Police say a 10-year-old boy was seriously injured after being struck by a car while crossing a street in Lewiston.
Authorities say the boy suffered a severe head injury and was taken to the hospital.
The boy’s name has not been released.

The collision happened in the middle of Sabattus Street on Monday evening.
