TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - A Tucson man convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the shooting of a Tohono O’odham woman has been sentenced to five years in federal prison.

A U.S. District Court jury in Tucson found 26-year-old Warren Miles guilty in the case two months ago and he was sentenced Monday.

Prosecutors say Miles and members of his gang accosted a group of people alongside a road in Sells on the Tohono O’odham Nation on Nov. 22, 2017.
