PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police say the death of a 48-year-old man in his home is being treated as a homicide.

Sgt. Alan Pfohl says officers went to the home near North 38th Avenue and West Union Hills Drive after the man’s ex-wife went found him dead Wednesday.

The man’s name hasn’t been released and Pfohl says no additional information is immediately available.
