Mississippi Senate roll call to pass a lottery bill

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - The Mississippi Senate voted 31-17 Monday to pass Senate Bill 2001, which would create a state lottery. A yes vote was to pass the bill, while a no vote was to defeat the bill.
