SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - Officials in Syracuse say a man has been injured after being stabbed during a large fight.
Police say the group scuffle happened around 7 p.m. Wednesday. Officials say the 23-year-old man was taken to Upstate University Hospital with a stab wound to his back.
Officials say the injury is not life threatening.
