MADISON, Wis. (AP) - A woman is dead and a man is injured in a shooting on Madison’s north side.
Police Chief Mike Koval says officers are looking for two suspects who knew the victims. Authorities responding to reports of gunshots about 2 a.m. found the woman shot in the head in an apartment building parking lot.
Koval says the 24-year-old woman who died and the 44-year-old man who was injured knew each other. The woman’s death is the ninth homicide in Madison this year.
