WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - A Claymont man is facing sentencing this week after pleading guilty to receipt of child pornography.

Fifty-one-year-old Carl McBride is scheduled to appear in federal court in Wilmington on Thursday.

According to court documents, a federal agent identified McBride in 2013 while conducting an undercover investigation into child pornography trafficking networks.

Authorities say McBride used a hidden peer-to-peer computer network to distribute child pornography to over 150 people from his home, which also was the site of a home daycare business called Little Tykes Day Care.

State officials suspended the daycare operator’s license when McBride was arrested.

McBride faces a minimum of five years in prison and a maximum of 20 years behind bars.
