HELENA, Mont. (AP) - The body of a middle-aged man has been found in the Helena Valley, and authorities are investigating.

The Helena Independent Record reports (https://bit.ly/2hDHkTy) the body was found Saturday.

The name of the man was being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

Heather Tupper, a deputy coroner with Lewis and Clark County, says authorities responded to the discovery at an intersection about two blocks south of Forestvale Cemetery.

Tupper says an autopsy will be conducted this week. She did not release additional information.
