NASHUA, N.H. (AP) - Police say a car theft suspect attacked an officer with handcuffs while being taken into custody.

WMUR-TV reports 19-year-old Justin Hart, of Manchester, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to multiple offenses, including first-degree assault, resisting arrest and receiving stolen property. He was released on bail.
