CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man has pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography after sending an image to a company that produces canvas prints from photographs.
The U.S. attorney general’s office says the FBI was contacted in 2015 by the canvas print business in New York. The business said it received a photo of a minor in a sexually explicit pose as part of an order. The firm gave the customer’s contact information to the FBI.
An investigation resulted in the arrest of 28-year-old Cory Danis, of Rochester, who waived indictment by a grand jury. A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 4.
