VALDOSTA, Ga. (AP) - Georgia officials are investigating the death of an inmate at a state prison.

An announcement from the state prison system says 29-year-old Anthony Hann was found unresponsive in his cell at Valdosta State Prison on Monday night, and medical workers couldn’t revive him.

Officials aren’t sure what caused the man’s death, and an autopsy is being performed. Hann was serving 20 years for a robbery conviction in Clayton County.

Hann is the fourth inmate to die at the prison this year.

Another inmate died in June, and officials haven’t yet released a cause of death. Two more inmates died in February after a mattress caught fire in their cell.
